drei bestehenden, gro\u00dfen, leeren Hallen in den Niederlanden. Die neue Anlage wird j\u00e4hrlich 600 kg Hyalurons\u00e4ure produzieren.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5447f36 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5447f36\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Der Generalplaner des Projekts war BakerHicks, wobei Andmar als Subunternehmer t\u00e4tig war. Der Aufgabenbereich von Andmar umfasste die Grundlagenplanung der MEP-Installationen und Reinr\u00e4ume. Dies beinhaltete f\u00fcnf RLT-Systeme (Luftbehandlungsger\u00e4te), zwei Heizkessel, zwei Kaltwassers\u00e4tze, ein Sanit\u00e4rsystem mit Abwasserentsorgung, ein BMS (Geb\u00e4udemanagementsystem), ein EMS (Monitoring System) und komplette elektrische Systeme. Das Projekt wurde mit Revit 2023 umgesetzt, wobei SharePoint von BakerHicks als Austauschplattform diente. Die Koordination zwischen den Gewerken wurde durch NavisWorks erleichtert. Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Jour-fixe und Koordinationsmeetings stellten sicher, dass dieses Fast-Track-Projekt, das die Basic Design und die Erstellung von Ausschreibungspaketen umfasste, innerhalb von 12 Wochen abgeschlossen wurde.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c30d6db elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c30d6db\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Da die Nutzung von Erdgas auf nur 10 % des gesamten Energiebedarfs begrenzt war, bestand eine zentrale Herausforderung darin, alternative W\u00e4rmequellen zu identifizieren. Die Dampferzeugung wurde auf 1,5 Tonnen pro Stunde bei 6 bar festgelegt.
