Bioproduktionsanlage in Slowenien. F\u00fcr die detaillerte planung der PW- (Purified Water) und WFI- (Water for Injection) Systeme beauftragte das Generalunternehmer Andmar als Subunternehmer. Die Grundplanung f\u00fcr diese Anlagen wurde von einem gro\u00dfen europ\u00e4ischen Ingenieurb\u00fcro erstellt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b074087 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b074087\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Andmars erste Aufgabe bestand darin, das P&amp;ID\u2019s vom Standard-DWG-Format in intelligente P&amp;amp;IDs in Autodesk Plant 3D zu konvertieren. Anschlie\u00dfend f\u00fchrte Andmar einen P&amp;ID\u2019s Rundgang durch und kommentierte alle Aspekte, die unserer Meinung nach nicht ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df funktionierten. Viele unserer Anmerkungen wurden akzeptiert und trugen wesentlich zur Gesamtqualit\u00e4t des Projekts bei.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c8c7be elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4c8c7be\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Das 3D-Modell der PW- und WFI-Anlagen sowie ihrer Tragkonstruktionen wurde in Autodesk Plant 3D entwickelt. Die Koordination mit anderen Disziplinen au\u00dferhalb des Andmar- Bereichs erfolgte mit Autodesk Navisworks. Die Kommunikation mit dem Kunden wurde durch die Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) agewickelt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4c26828 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4c26828\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus erstellte Andmar technische Spezifikationen f\u00fcr alle Ger\u00e4te und Ventile innerhalb seines Aufgabenbereichs. Die Auswahl der Ger\u00e4te und Ventile wurde gemeinsam mit dem Kunden abgestimmt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-134510d Diese Umstellung erfolgt nie eins zu eins, da Revit nicht f\u00fcr die Erstellung detaillierter Fertigungszeichnungen vorgesehen ist. die Planung und Ausf\u00fchrung eines Prozessabwasser-Speicherbereichs. Der Vertrag wurde an Daldrop Process vergeben, das Andmar f\u00fcr die Detail- und Werkstattplanung der Abwassertanks als Subunternehmer beauftragte.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-186cc73 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"186cc73\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Der Bauherr stellte nur das Konzept zur Verf\u00fcgung, wobei Andmar f\u00fcr die weitere Projektdetailierung verantwortlich war. Offizielle Design-Reviews wurden an den Meilensteinen von 30%\/60%\/90% \u00fcber die Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) durchgef\u00fchrt, um aufkommende Issues zu l\u00f6sen. Das Design wurde in Autodesk Plant 3D unter Verwendung der Rohrleitungsspezifikationen des Kunden und Sikla f\u00fcr die Halterungen fertiggestellt. Die elektrische Verkabelung und die Schaltschrankplanung waren ebenfalls im Leistungsumfang von Andmar enthalten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-041bf1b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"041bf1b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Eine zentrale Herausforderung war die rechtzeitige Vorbereitung der Werkstattzeichnungen f\u00fcr die Tanks, da deren Produktionsvorlaufzeit bis zu 8 Monate betrug.
