Andmar is currently in search of a candidate motivated to embrace the challenge of the position of:

BIM Manager
Location: Belgrade
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creation of technical documentation for ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and cooling projects,
    primarily in the GxP regulated industries.
  • Adherence to schedule plans, work procedures, and instructions according to corporate standards.
What we expect from you:
  • A higher/advanced degree in technical (mechanical) education.
  • Advanced knowledge of BIM Management in all design phases (concept → basic → detail → IFC).
  • Experience in creating and coordinating project documentation using 3D design software (Autodesk
    Revit, Navisworks).
  • Fluency in the English language is essential; proficiency in German is considered a significant
    advantage.
  • Precision, perseverance, thoroughness, high professional ethics, responsibility, teamwork.
