project and BIM management.
Our specialists lead projects following the most modern principles and procedures, using state-of-the-art technologies and tools. Tracking all agreements, deadlines and changes is essential for effective project leadership. With the tools provided by ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), our project managers assign tasks, track changes and create reports for our clients in a very transparent and understandable way.
Conducting design reviews after each design phase is of great importance for the success of a project. The review takes place either within the NavisWorks model or the ACC, after which the client immediately receives a report after the meeting. We can also offer a virtual tour during design reviews. Clash reports are essential for both internal and external control.
Special attention is paid to the deadlines and execution times of certain tasks, both for our designers and for the client. Each task is assigned to a project member with a clear deadline. This way, the project’s progress can be easily tracked, showing where the biggest challenges lie at any given time. This allows for clearer and quicker escalation in case of delays and transparency regarding open and unfinished tasks.

A well-structured project is essential for its success. The most important part is adapting all customer needs into the final product. The template used by Andmar is the result of almost 15 years of work in Revit and enables solutions that can meet our customer’s very complex requirements.
The goal is for the designer to spend as little time as possible on preparation and instead focus entirely on designing the facility. In this context, specialized scripts, that accelerate and optimize recurring tasks, which are carefully aligned with our customer’s specific priorities, play a special role. This way, BIM is fully utilized, saving time and effort for the designer.
Through collaboration with renowned execution companies, our project already contains all the necessary information, enabling the executors to easily and straightforwardly place equipment orders and carry out the construction of the facility itself. Our projects reach up to LOD400, which allows the construction to practically match the planned 1:1. Therefore, LOD400 often becomes LOD500 when there are no changes in material procurement. However, our experience has shown that LOD350 is entirely sufficient for a quick, successful and transparent construction of a facility.
