Confidential client is expanding their production capacities, and for this, they needed to create a new cleanroom area with approximately 800 m² of footprint. Andmar received an order from PMG-Tech to develop technical documentation for the cleanrooms (Detail and Workshop Design) for a confidential client.
This design included a 3D model of the walls, ceilings, and all elements attached to them (doors, windows, sockets…). The scope also covered the design of FFUs, ductwork, and cable trays within the plenum above the cleanrooms. Final products were workshop drawings according to which client produced all the cleanroom parts and installed them.
The entire project was executed using Revit 2023, coordination with the client was conducted via NavisWorks, and document exchange was carried out through Microsoft Teams.
A particular challenge was the lack of a significant number of Revit families for parts of the cleanroom design, which Andmar had to develop from the scratch.
