Andmar is an engineering office distinguished by a team of experienced planners, holding a leading position in the planning of process and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) installations.
Our team consists of highly qualified experts, particularly noted for their significant international careers. Our presence is especially felt in the GxP-regulated industry, with a focus on biotechnology, pharmacy, semiconductor technology and battery production. Additionally, we bring experience from other sectors, including the food, consumer care and chemical industries.
We manage all design phases, starting from the concept design through basic design to detailed and workshop design. According to the HOAI (Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), we process projects from phase 1 (LPH1) to the workshop and assembly design in phase 8 (LPH8).

Management
Every project is precisely structured with regard to project and BIM management. Andmar attaches great importance to project management, as efficient administration and control are essential for the success of a project. For management, we rely on modern tools, especially ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) and NavisWorks. A sophisticated BIM project organization allows a seamless transition from the design stage to the execution stage, significantly simplifying construction.

Considering that industrial facilities are constructed based on specific technologies and processes, Andmar, with its skilled Digital Plant Design team, pays special attention to the design of process installations. Overcoming challenges, such as confined spaces or special support constructions, is a particular expertise of our team. The thousands of kilometers of piping that our professionals have planned in their careers underscore our comprehensive experience.
Full-Scale 3D Modeling
To complete a full 3D model of the installations in a factory, Andmar has specialized not only in the design of process plants but also in HVAC and cleanroom installations. The planning of HVAC installations is carried out from conceptualization through dimensioning and calculation to the finest details in the workshop drawings (LOD400).
